- Odela and Co is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges.

- For international orders, Odela and Co does not cover shipping rates, custom duties, or VAT, which vary by country.

- Please make sure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. We cannot accommodate any address changes once the order has been placed.

- For local orders, delivery is approximately 5-8 business days after the time of shipment.

- For international orders, delivery is approximately 9-11 business days after the time of shipment.

- Please note that a "business day" is considered to be Monday through Friday. Orders placed on or during UAE National Day (December 2 to December 3) might experience slight delays.

- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

- Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Free Shipping Offers for GCC Countries: 

We are pleased to offer free shipping for select GCC countries. However, if your shipping address is in a remote area, we may need to charge you the shipping cost. To avoid this, you can choose delivery to the nearest location or pick up your package from the nearest DHL center.

Please note that prices may vary depending on your location. If your order does not qualify for our free shipping offers, you will need to pay the shipping cost before we ship your order. Additionally, if your location is in a remote area, there may be an extra charge from the delivery company. As an alternative, you can pick up your order from the nearest DHL center.
