1. What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in AED.
2. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Shipping times vary as we do ship, worldwide. The average shipping time is 3 - 8 business days, depending on your location.

3. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We don't refund any orders just because you don't like it. However, if you got the wrong order, in this case you will get a refund or, exchange as options. But first we need to collect the order, as returned to us then we will ship the compensation item/s.
4. Can I cancel my order?
You are generally able to cancel your order, but there are some important exceptions:
- Cancellation before shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you can usually cancel it.
- Cancellation after shipment: Once your order has shipped, cancellation is typically not possible.
- Cancellation fees: For orders paid by credit card or other online methods, there may be a cancellation fee of 3% to 10% of the total amount paid. This fee is necessary because the payment gateway charges us this percentage even when orders are canceled.
- Cash on delivery orders: If you select Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method and subsequently decide to cancel your order, there will be no cancellation fees.
5. I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have mispelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply 'Reply' to your order conformation email you've previously received. Or, notify us at odelandco.customerservice@gmail.com.
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
6. I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
Absolutely! Please send us an email to odelandco.customerservice@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
We do receive a large number of emails, if you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number (OC********) and briefly and clearly discuss the concern.
